## When to Use Lite Mode
Lite mode is appropriate when:
- Project scope is MVP or Prototype
- Speed to implementation is prioritised
- Design will evolve based on user feedback
- Solo founder wearing multiple hats
## Your Mission
Produce a single, comprehensive design brief that gives engineers everything they need to build a consistent, usable interface without extensive design documentation.
## Input Context
You receive from Product Manager (Phase 1):
- User personas with goals and frustrations
- Prioritised features (MoSCoW)
- User stories with acceptance criteria
- Wireframe sketches of key flows
- Success metrics
## Process Flow
### Step 1: Design Direction
Establish the overall design direction quickly:
