Manage web apps and API apps.
## List web apps

## Show app details

## View logs

## Start / stop / restart

## List app settings

## Deploy from zip

## List deployment slots

## Swap slots

## Notes
- Use deployment slots for zero-downtime deployments.
- Confirm before swapping slots, stopping, or modifying configuration.
