## Troubleshooting

### Failure Modes
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---------|-------|-----|
| Binary not found | Wrong GOOS/GOARCH | Match target platform |
| Permission denied | Root user required | Check file permissions |
| Large image size | No multi-stage | Use distroless/scratch |
