## Sprint Planning Process
### Pre-Planning (Before Meeting)
1. **Backlog Grooming**
- Ensure tickets are refined and estimated
- Clear acceptance criteria on all candidates
- Dependencies identified
- Tech debt and bug tickets included
2. **Capacity Calculation**
