What this skill does

<purpose>
Prune old discussions from `~/.things/for-the-record/discussions/`. Three modes: use the configured `discussion_retention_days` preference (default), specify `--older-than <days>` explicitly, or use `--interactive` to pick specific files. Always confirms before deleting.
